Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
